More than 50 operas, the most important are: "La Vedova accorta"; "Quinto Fábio"; "Demofoonte""; "Nitteti". Composed also several Oratorios, Sonatas (wrote 6 piano sonata’s opus 9) and Chamber Music.
First names also spelled as "Fernando Giuseppe".
After studying with Father Martini he is appointed first organist at St. Mark’s Church in Venice in 1752. He travels to London several times to see three preformances of his operas. In 1785 succeeds Galuppi as Kapellmeister at St. Mark.
