There are several ways to search for composers here.
- In the first place you can search alphabetically. When selecting the first letter of a composer's surname, you get a list of all composer names that start with that letter.
- In the second place you can use the quick search at the top of the page. Fill in (part of) a composer's surname and you'll get a list of all composer names that match that string.
- Then you can use the timeline. For each period of time you get a chronological list of composer names.
- Another possibility is to use the calender. For each day of the year you will be given a list of composers that were born or died on that day.
- Use the composer anniversaries to find composers that were born or died multiples of 50 years ago.
- It is also possible to get lists of omposers of the same nationality, style, period, family, or other sort of group.
