In October, John Williams, will receive a lifetime achievement honor from the Classical Brit Awards. Williams has written many a famous film music score, for which he was nominated for an Oscar 47 times. He won 5 times.

At 80 years old the film composer is still active. He is now working on a score for "Lincoln", which is to appear later this year.
