London Lyric Opera is proud to present a concert performance of Richard Wagner's music drama Der fliegende Holländer arguably one of the greatest operas of the romantic tradition.

Lionel Friend will conduct the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, LLO Chorus and a stunning cast of International soloists including Gweneth-Ann Jeffers making her role debut as Senta, James Hancock singing the Holländer and Jeffrey Lloyd-Roberts as the spurned lover, Erik.

An exciting opportunity to hear Richard Wagner's first masterpiece accompanied by 78 players of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in concert at the Barbican. One performance only. Not to be missed.
