Cygnus Ensemble presents Yehudi Wyner's Oboe Quartet featuring Cygnus oboist Robert Ingliss, with Calvin Wiersma, vln; Susannah Chapman, vc; and guest violist Daniel Panner. Robert Ingliss is also known for his performances with Orpheus, the American Symphony, and the New Jersey Symphony. Also on the program--a new work by Harold Meltzer--Brion (after the work by architect Carlo Scarpa); Mario Davidovsky's Romancero for soprano and 4 instruments (featuring soprano Tony Arnold; and Chester Biscardi's Traverso, for flute and piano (featuring Cygnus flutist Tara Helen O'Connor).
