Biography
Studies at Macalester College, Tanglewood (harp), Manhattan School of Music, Chautauqua Institution, Salzedo School. Harp with Lawrence, Chalifoux. Composition with Alvin King, orchestration with Donald Rauscher.
Saul Davis Zlatkovsky was New York resident for 13 years, then moved to Philadelphia. He founded Performing Arts Traditions and the Harp Music Festival of Philadelphia.
