Life

Up until her death she was still quite active, attending the artist Gunda Jakoby’s showing of her pen and ink drawing on the life and work of Grete von Zieritz. Though her eyesight was very bad, she was able to carefully and concentratedly study at the drawing at close range, grasp its story and intention. After a long time she said "it is very well composed". Early October 2001 she even travelled to attend the opening of an exhibition in her honor in Vienna, Austria.
