Music
In the 1950s his first works were published. His Tre Mutazioni (1958), for chamber orchestra, attempts to reconcile the styles of Arnold Schönberg and the Viennese school and composers like Pierre Boulez.
Biography
In 1948 Jacques Wildberger became a student of Russian composer Wladimir Vogel. From 1959 to 1966 he taught at the music academy in Karlsruhe, Germany. After that at the Basel conservatory (until 1987).
