Life

Germano-Polish composer, laureate of the "Voya Toncitch Prize" International Piano Composition Contest in Paris, in 1987.

According to Mr. Toncitch "in her imposing, technically sound, very complex and demanding work entitled "Fleur fantastique" (Magic Flower), Arleta Weiss explores skillfully the possibilities of the keyboard and translates results of her explorations with shrewdness, wit and eloquence, accompanied by her poetic and dramatic feelings." Arleta Weiss has premiered her work in Bielefeld, Germany on June 24th, 1991.
