Life
Athanasios Trikoupis was born in 1969 in Alex/polis, Greece. He took piano lessons when at 5 years old.
At 19 he went to Athens to have piano lessons with Dimitris Toufexis and composition lessons with J. Ioannidis. He won the first price for piano and the first price for composition at many competitions. Trikoupis has a diploma in composition, piano and cembalo from Greece, a Diploma for piano from Paris, and a diploma for composition from Graz, Austria, with Furrer. He plays many recitals all over the Greece and in many European countries (Germany, Austria, France). Many of his pieces are played by many pianists from all over Europe.
