Music

Archimedes Ramond is a classical composer with a wide variety of works for many instruments. He has been honored with many distinctions including being composer-in-residence at the Finnish Festival for 1993-1995. His work "Sonata: Preludes" for piano (Commissioned by Mary Ella Brent) was recorded on the CD, "Music from the Finnish Festival." Ramond’s "Concerto for Piano and String Orchestra" was commissioned by the Rackstraw Council in 1994 and won an award of distinction from the Selection Committee for The Gildersleeve Memorial Trust. Ramond’s works are available through ParsonagePress.
