Born 1/20/48-Norfolk, Va. Studied drums through high school. Drummer,US Coast Guard Band, Cape May, NJ-1967-70, conductor ‘70-‘72. Conductor Governor’s Island CG Band & Empire State Concert Band (local 802)‘72-‘74. BA composition-Old Dominion Univ ‘78; MA comp. Radford Univ.‘80, Music Director-Norfolk Savoyard Opera-‘81-‘84. DMA instrumental music-Arizona State ‘88. Conductor-Phoenix Pro-Musica Orchestra ‘85-‘93. Free-lance arranger, composer, orchestrator-‘85- present. Now living back in Norfolk, Va.
