Biography

Svend Hvidtfelt Nielsen is a graduate in music and philosophy from the University of Copenhagen. He later took a diploma as organist, studying with Eileen Vandermark, Finn Videro and Jens E. Christensen, then a diploma as composer from the Royal Danish Academy of Music with teachers including Ib Norholm, Hans Abrahamsen and Paul Cooper. His music includes solo, chamber and orchestral works.
