Ph. D. in Composition and Theory from Brandeis University, MA, USA, 1991. Associate Professor in Composition and Theory at East Tennessee State University since 1999. Before that, Lecturer in Music, University of CA Davis, in Davis, CA. Numerous commissions and prizes for her compositions.
