Music
Alan’s passion for music surfaced at age 13, when he received a recorder (flute) as a gift. This, along with his uncle’s influence, stoked the fires of young Alan’s passion. From the flute, he moved to the bass guitar and began singing in a few alternative bands in Brazil. Then he took up the electric and acoustic guitar. Alan Medeiros still plays the recorder but nowadays his favorite instrument is a Yamaha Silent Guitar with nylon strings
Life
Alan Medeiros was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He has been composing and singing for many years. Alan is as versatile and creative as the songs he composes. He currently resides in the Bay Area, CA.
