Life
Armenian-born composer from Southern California. Moved to United States in 2002 to pursue a career in music, after having given up his ideas of becoming a psychologist. Studied at the Los Angeles Pierce College and the California State University in Northridge (composition: Rowan Taylor; conducting: Stephen Piazza). Wrote his first massive works for large orchestras and wind ensembles while still a student. Most famous works are "Concerto-Rhapsody for Piano and Symphony Orchestra" (2004) and "Symphonic Pictures" (2005).
