Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Wonderful and sublime early Baroque works!
This CD is sublime, and captures with wonderful simplicity these vocal works. I have no standard to compare this CD against (I have never heard of anyone else performing Lorenzani), but on its own this is a thrilling recording of great music. This proves once again that Naxos knows how to do better than great music at better than great prices!
