Music

Sergei Kossenko represents the contemporary breed of composers. He is as comfortable writing for full symphony orchestra as he is working in a MIDI-based studio. His works include orchestral and chamber music as well as music for radio, TV, and multimedia. Regardless of genre and technique of a particular work, Kossenko always strives to be genuinely emotional, reflecting the cultural climate of our post-modern era.

Life

Kossenko has degrees from the Central Music School for the Youth in Moscow (piano, composition), the Moscow Conservatory of Music (composition), and Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire (music technology).
