Music

Fischer wrote a keyboard work called “Ariadne Musica”, written in 1715, which is a set of preludes and fugues each in a different key.

Biography

His birthday could possibly also be 1665 or even around 1670.

Johann Fischer was Kapellmeister to the Margrave of Baden in the Bohemian town Schlackenwerth, and from 1692 in Rastatt.
