Editorial Review:

Album Description:
First recording ever of chamber music by four little-known British composers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The bios of these composers (two men and two women) are really fascinating, and their music is delightful. The Summerhayes Piano Trio has been critically acclaimed for its performances and recordings, and praised for its innovative programming. Formed in 2000, the group is involved in both concert work and recordings, including a series of the complete chamber music of the British composer Alan Bush.
