Symphony No. 6

Dopper's Symphony No. 6 ("Amsterdam" )is refreshingly well performed by the Residentie Orchestra, 's Gravenhage (The Hague) Netherlands, under the direction of Matthias Bamert.

Music

The Pittsburgh Civic Orchestra performed Dopper’s 7th Symphony ("The ZuiderZee") in Pittsburgh in April 1997. This was the the "Maiden" performance of this symphony in the Western Hemisphere.
