Life

Jean-Yves Daniel-Lesur was a pupil ofCharles Tournemire. He was co-director of the l’Opéra national de Paris from 1971 till 1973. He was one of the members of the group of composers calledLa Jeune France, together with Messiaen, Jolivet and Baudrier.
