Biography

This French composer was a remarkable man, whose life evoke ones imagination. A marine officer, he died as a Counter-Admiral. General Major of the Brest Harbour after a brillant career, his "rule" to prick the point, a navigation instrument was still been used by sailors and copied until an electronic navigational device was invented.
