I believe that Buckner's Kamchatka (on youtube under ComposerKeith) is every bit as beautiful as the aformentioned Prentis Street Sonata. One of his later works entitled, Midtown Detroit ( A Piano Suite ) is now being published by Pinebrook Music LLC, and is absolutely fantastic!

His most accessible piece so far is the Prentis Street Sonata, and in its arrangement for clarinet and string quartet makes for a smoother blend of sonorities.

However, many at the College of Engineering are grateful for his composition of k = 0.5mv^2, and are completely satisfied with his fulfillment of the commission, although they have taken to calling it "Kinetic Energy" instead.

The Prentis Street Sonata (arr. clarinet) is available on the limited release Tiger Stadium Postcard album available from City Bird in Detroit and Dearborn Music.
