Luca Belloni ha studiato composizione a Milano e ad Adria (RO), diplomandosi con il massimo dei voti. Ha seguito corsi di perfezionamento in Composizione con Pippo Molino. Svolge attività direttoriale alla testa dell’Ensemble Webern e dell’Ensemble "Laboratorio Novecento" del Conservatorio di Adria (RO).
