Zbigniew Bargielski studied piano in Lublin and composition under Tadeusz Szeligowski at the Musikakademie in Warschau, with Boleslaw Szabelski at the Musikakademie in Katowice, with Nadia Boulanger in Paris and at the Hochschule für Musik in Graz.
