A clarinettist in the service of the Grand Duke of Hessen-Darmstadt, publisher of: Anweisung zur Klarinette, nebst einer kurzen Abhandlung uber das Basset Horn, Leipzig [ca.] 1803. He wrote at least a sonata fur Harfe und Violine in F-dur.
