Kees van Baaren was Peter Schat’s teacher. Peter Schat is from Amsterdam, and the author and creater of "Tone Clock" This is mentioned in Richard Dufallo’s Book, "Trackings: Composers Speak with Richard Dufallo." (Contribution by <dbacamail.twu.edu>.)
