Music



Composed over 240 fugues and many works of counterpoint: board, chamber and orchestral music.

Life

Composer. He was also organist, assistant to the Kapellmeister of St Stephen’s Cathedral in Vienna, and teacher. Gave lessons to Beethoven and succeeded Mozart.
